600mm 24 inch Heavy Duty Top Mount Swimming Pool Filter

The MFV24 is a 24 inch heavy duty pool filter from Emaux’s MFV Max series range. The Max range of swimming pool filters is made from a single blown piece of HDPE. The HDPE material is known for being rugged and reliable. The UV resistant plastic can be used in the sun for years if required.

Thanks to the innovate design of the Max range the MFV24 has a maximum operating pressure of 2.8 bar (40 psi) and a maximum temperature of 50°C. Together it means this filter is ideally suited for use with spa pools or swimming pools that require heating.

Top Mount Design

This 24 inch heavy duty pool filter has a space-saving top mount design. The valve is attached to the top of the filter vessel with a unique one-piece clamp system. Because of this, it is easy to install and service with no tools needed. The 6-way multiport valve is made from sturdy ABS and marine-grade stainless steel which means the filter is non-reactive. Therefore it can be used with alternative disinfection systems such as salt or UV chlorination.

The MFV24 will need around 125kg of sand. However, we recommend using recycled glass filter media (RGFM) to get a crystal clear pool. By using the RGFM you could also save yourself some money in the long run as you use around 15% less media and it has a longer lifespan than traditional sand. The recommended size of media for this pool filter is 0.5-0.8mm.
